Elevated Elixir is a new line of luxury alcohol-free drinks brought to you by the Oichi Sisters. Handcrafted in small batches in the Norfolk countryside using time honoured techniques to bring out complexity and depth of flavour.
White Grape, Verbena and Citrus is an elegant and harmonious drink that makes for a delicious drinking experience.

We enjoyed the fresh, citrus, elderflower notes on the nose. This is a well-balanced example of a kombucha with both acidity and sweetness coming through, with notes from the grapes, lemon verbena and hops all working in harmony. This would provide a delicious nonalcoholic option that is not over sweet and makes for very easy drinking. A cloudy drink with a nose of hops and lemon notes. It’s light and refreshing with subtle flavours; the grapes add sweetness, and the lemon and hops add depth, and there’s a clean finish. This kombucha would be a satisfying, cooling summer drink.
